Keep the clear garment bag your coat arrives in, with the SKU sticker on it, and leave the tags attached. Returns that arrive without them can be refused.
Email info@vellumoa.com with your order number first. We will send you a return authorisation number and the address. Items sent back without one are not accepted.
Return shipping is yours to cover, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, in which case we pay it.
We do not do exchanges. Return what you have and order the size you want.
