Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to the United States and US territories, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders.

Delivery
Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days. That covers 1 to 3 business days of processing plus transit. Our stock ships from an overseas warehouse, which is why delivery takes longer than a domestic retailer.

Holiday cutoff
Order by 1 December for delivery before 25 December. Orders placed after that date are unlikely to arrive in time.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays and customs processing can add time, particularly in November and December.

Address errors
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped.
