Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn and unused, with all original tags still attached, and returned in its original clear garment bag with the SKU sticker intact. Please keep the packaging your order arrives in. Returns that arrive without the original tags or packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

To start a return, email us at info@vellumoa.com with your order number. We will send you a return authorization number, the return address and instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except where we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.

Damages and issues
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. We will cover return shipping and put it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the item you have and place a new order.

Non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to post it.
