Where is my order?
You will have had a tracking number by email when it shipped. Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days of ordering, because our stock ships from an overseas warehouse. If it has been longer than that, write to me and I will chase it.

Can I return it?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Keep the original clear garment bag with the SKU sticker on it, and leave the tags attached, because returns that arrive without them can be refused. Email me first and I will send you a return authorisation number and the address. Full detail is on the refund policy page.

What size am I?
Product pages list measurements in inches for each size we stock. The bust figure is the full measurement around the garment, not across it. The easiest check is to measure a coat you already own that fits well and compare. Coats are cut with room to layer, so the bust figure runs wider than your body measurement. Where a measurement is missing, the page says so.

Is it real fur, or real wool?
There is no real fur anywhere in the shop. Fibre content is listed on every product page exactly as our supplier provides it, and where something is polyester the page says polyester.

Writing about an order

Include your order number. It saves a round trip and means I can look it up straight away rather than asking you for it.
