The five percent spandex in the blend means it moves rather than sitting stiff.

Free shipping on every order, anywhere in the US and US territories, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Most orders arrive within 7 to 14 business days. That covers 1 to 3 business days of processing plus transit. Our stock ships from an overseas warehouse, which is why it takes longer than a domestic retailer.

You will get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Returns

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Keep the clear garment bag your coat arrives in, with the SKU sticker on it, and leave the tags attached. Returns that arrive without them can be refused.

Email info@vellumoa.com with your order number first. We will send you a return authorisation number and the address. Items sent back without one are not accepted.

Return shipping is yours to cover, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, in which case we pay it.

We do not do exchanges. Return what you have and order the size you want.
